The main principle for now is that, until something is in a published work of some kind, it shouldn't really go in the wiki. Currently it is probably fine as long as whatever it is isn't super heavily cross-referenced and can sit without a category page. But once the wiki gets bigger and more complete then that will have to become more strict.
